  • Payment Information– for a safe and secure payment, we offer UPI, credit/debit card, and the best cash-on-delivery process, where we need your delivery address, which we will share with our third-party service providers only. (National and International)That too with an assurance of confidentiality.
  • Order details-we like to collect the information like performance, feedback, and purchase history, which will be done out of novelty for better services.

National Shipping Policy:
  • All domestic orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Additional processing time may apply for customized, pre-order, or made-to-order products.

  • The delivery timeline for domestic (within India) shipments is typically 3–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Any additional courier handling charges or location-based fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the order is dispatched, the tracking link will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

  • Customers will start receiving tracking updates within 12 to 24 hours after the product is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any penalties, delays, or re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Please record an unboxing video of the shipment. In case of damage or missing items, kindly inform us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the shipment, along with the unboxing video as proof.

  • Orders may face delays in case of remote locations, courier issues, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays are beyond our control, but we will provide support where possible.

International shipping policy: 
  • All international orders will proceed within 3-5 business days. 
  • The additional processing time will be carried out if the order criteria fulfill the customization, pre-order, or made-to-order criteria.  
  • The delivery of the product will be done within 12 to 30 business days if it is an international shipment.   
  • The customs duties, import taxes, and shipment fees will be destined for the receiver only.    
  • Once the order is dispatched, the tracking link will be shared via email and WhatsApp.   
  • The customer will receive the tracking updates within 24 to 48 hours after shipping. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If it happened, then the penalty will go to the client themselves.    
  • Please do an unboxing video of the shipment, and if there is any damage out there, then inform us within 48 hours after receiving the shipment.   
  • If your country has shipping restrictions on receiving fashion goods and jewellery from India, then it is impossible to create a transactional relationship with you.
