Return, exchange, and refund

As an ultimate e-commerce brand, Aura by Khushbu, we want to make your shipping experience effortless, and that is possible with the help of an effective return, exchange, and refund policy that supports consumer flexibility, as well as laws approved by the Indian Consumer Court.  

Return window:

Your return window will be opened up to 07 days after the day you receive the product. If we find any irregularity after the due date, then the responsibility for the damaged goods will go directly to you, and if your returned goods satisfy the return policy after the due date, then a partial payment will be given back to you as a token of compensation. 

Eligible items for return and exchange:

Clothing items

  • The wearable items will be in original condition and unwashed.
  • All the factory-set tags will attach to the cloth as it returns to us.
  • The product will be unharmed.
  • The product will return to the company in its original condition.

Not returnable items 

  • Physically damaged like shattered jewellery or torn clothes, are unacceptable unless the mistake was from the shipping side.
  • Pierced earrings will be unacceptable for safety reasons.
  • If your product exceeded the notice date or return expiry date, then it will be unacceptable. 
  • Customized or discounted products are unacceptable.
  • The final sale out products are not returnable.
  • Gift cards are not returned or exchanged.
Return Process:

Initiate return request

  • The purchaser should call or email our customer service department before processing the return. 
  • Always ready with a valid reason for returning the product.
  • Do not start your receiving process without receiving the authorization number.   

Package your items

  • Original packaging must be there.
  • Accessories of the products must be unharmed.
  • Fill out the return form carefully and print a copy of it for reference purposes. 
  • Do the packaging of jewellery items with extra care to avoid damage.

Ship your return

  • The shipping product will be well labelled.
  • If, unfortunately, wrong items or imperfect products were sent to you, then the shipping cost will be on us.
  • For a standard product, the refund money will not be reimbursed. 
  • If the product is expensive, then tracking the shipping details will be a clever decision for you.
Exchange policy:   

Size Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange will be done for free, but it comes under certain criteria, as the exchange will be done within 07 days, which is subject to stock availability, and the exchange will be done once for every product you buy from us. Repetitive exchange will not be acceptable. If additional exchange is done more than once, then extra charges will take place.

Item exchange

  • The product exchange will take place while you buy another product on behalf of that. Exchange of money will be prohibited; either you can get another product in the same range you have been paid for, or you can add extra money to get what you want.
Refund process:

Processing time

  • If the refund is the last remaining option available between the client and us, then the returned product will comply with the return policy.
  • The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund; in case the mistake is from our side, your total payment will be returned. 
  • The genuine return processing time will be under 5 to 7 working days.   

Refund methods

  • Your original payment process will be used for the refund process.
  •  If you are using a credit or debit card, then your refund process will be completed within 5 to 10 business days. 
  • If you are a UPI user or pay using a digital wallet, then the refund process will be done within 3 to 5 business days. 
  • If the payment is made by COD, then the transaction will be done through the bank after proper verification.

Criteria for partial refund

  • If the returned product is not in its original condition, then a partial refund will be considered. 
  • If the product exceeded the 07-day return policy but complies with the product criteria, then partial payment will be possible. 
  • If the received items show any sign of default or depression, partial payment takes place.
Damaged or defective items:

Immediate notification

  • After receiving the product, do an unboxing video and click photos, share it with us within 48 hrs of shipping if there is any problem with the product or the packaging itself.

Our commitment:

  • We are committed to refund or replace the product if it complies with the criteria. 
  • We will cover all shipping costs if the mistake is made from our side.
  •  Easy processing for imperfect item claims.
  • We are solely responsible for quality assurance reviews of the products.
International orders: 
  • The processing date must take 10 to 15 business days for shipping and receiving the exchangeable or refundable products from the customer’s side.
  • The customer is responsible for all types of customs fees and taxes for shipping the products.
  • The shipping charges for returning the products will be paid by the client unless the mistake is made by the company itself. 
  •  We must suggest client get the insurance before planning for shipping expensive products from us. It will help you reimburse your money in a hassle-free way. 
Special circumstances:

Wedding and special occasion orders

  • Wedding and special occasion orders may have a different price range than the regular days, and if you are buying the clothes or the jewellery for a festivity, then be alert and learn the company policy with care and be aware that there will be a different policy and price segment for custom-made products. Because building a customer relationship is our criteria, awareness is on you.

Bulk orders

  • For returning the bulk orders, special criteria are needed, and justification will be needed to ensure the arrangement. And if the product count goes beyond 10 products, then processing time will extend, and for better communication, you must connect with our customer relations team. They will not only understand you but also make sure to keep you out of accountability for collateral damage that you do not cause.
Important note:
  • Always track your items while shipping and keep your eye on them until they return to the vendor. 
  • Be aware that while you are shipping back the products to the company, if the product is lost or diverted, then the company has nothing to do with that.
  • The gift packaging and all the original packaging will be returned to the company while following the return policy.
